Recently, Honeyoung Assets contributed to the global asset allocation of a domestic public firm. Specifically, Honeyoung Assets, as buyer's representative, carried out a co-operation that crosses different countries and different time zone with Kidder Mathews, the seller's agent, and ultimately helped complete the transaction of an office building in 407 Sansome St, San Francisco, on October 20th.

The target asset is located in the center of San Francisco's financial district. Built in early 20th century, the building is now a "Grade One" historical architecture. The facade of the building has been kept as it was 100 years ago, while the interior has been completely redesigned for the purpose of creative office use.

During this transaction, Honeyoung Assets performed as a whole process consultant, taking a vital role in assets screening, feasibility study, due diligence, contract negotiation, asset delivery, property management and etc,.

In addition, our cooperative partner, Kidder Mathews, is the largest independent commercial real estate broker in the west coast of the United States with more than 50 years of history. It now employs over 450 professionals separated in 10 offices, offering their clients professional investment decisions in real estate market based on their rich experience.

From this transaction, it is proved that assets in gateway cities, especially those high quality assets with considerable value-added potentials and stable rental income, are increasingly attractive to Chinese investors. On the other hand, as RMB going globalized, Chinese investors will have stronger needs for global asset allocation. It also demonstrates Honeyoung Assets's precise master of development trend of international capital market, rich experience on operating transaction, as well as professionalism. The good reputation of Honeyoung Assets on both domestic and international real estate markets is further consolidated.
