Honeyoung Assets was delegated to offer the consulting service for Shanghai Yangyun International Community.
Yangyun International Community is located in Maqiao Town, Minhang district. Total occupied area is 430,000 m2. Amanyangyun, the first Aman resort in Shanghai and fourth in China, is located in the first phase of Yangyun International Community. The hotel is planned to be launched at the beginning of 2018.
Kerry Hill Architects (K.H.A) was delegated to take charge of the architectural design of the community. The founder of K.H.A is the worldwide renowned architects, Kerry Hill. He is good at infusing the local natural and cultural elements into the very simple design techniques so that his design of modern architecture would remain the local spirits.
